Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance credentialing / medical billing
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the credentialing process for all providers, including therapist and clinicians across multiple insurance companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and insurance network standards. 
• Maintain accurate records of provider credentials, license, certifications and other relevant documentation ensuring timely renewals and updates
• Serve as primary point of contact for communication with insurance companies
• Resolve and discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
